We have had recent challenges with the supply of some of our key products.

Some of the challenges we have been facing are:

• raw material shortages experienced around the world,
• resultant shortages of packaging materials,
• delays in vessels due to the increased demand and reduced supply of containers,
• force majeure by some suppliers,
• technical production issues at both global and local manufacturing plants.

We would like to inform you that corrective steps have been taken to improve our supply, but we will still face some intermittent constraints whilst we rebuild our stock levels.
